Complimentary 30-day returns
We are pleased to offer a full refund for linkupshop.com web purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date. All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment. Please note that returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or the packing slip included in the shipment and received unaltered, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
To return your item, simply email us at info@linkupshop.com and request a return authorization #. We will promptly send you a return shipping label.
The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the original form of payment. After a return is received, it can take up to 14 days for your form of payment to post the credit. As always, if you have additional questions on the return process, please email us at info@linkupshop.com
